Bij een kneuzing: Koel de kneuzing maximaal 20 minuten af met de instant cold pack.

Bij een verstuiking of breuk: Koel de verstuiking of breuk maximaal 20 minuten af met de instant cold pack. Verstevig met het zelfklevend steunverband of verbind met het driehoeksverband.

Instructions premiers secours

En cas de contusion: Refroidissez la contusion jusqu'à 20 minutes avec le pack froid instantané

En cas d'entorse ou de fracture: Refroidissez l'entorse ou la fracture pendant un maximum de 20 minutes avec la froid instantanée. Renforcez avec le bandage de support ou connectez avec le bandage triangle.
